Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida. This versatile role is integral to the efficient functioning of our logistics operations. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.   • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
  • Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using order sheets and scanning equipment.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed (certification may be required).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas and equipment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, labels, and manifests.
  • Proficiency with hand-held scanners and basic computer systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and carry for extended periods.
  • Capable of consistent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be a team player and willing to adapt to changing priorities.
