Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a range of tasks to manage inventory and fulfill orders. Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Stocking shelves and organizing inventory in designated areas.
Picking and packing items for customer orders with precision.
Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks.

This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods are also integral parts of the role. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all employees must comply with established safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently. While previous warehouse experience is advantageous, we are willing to train dedicated individuals.
