Early Movement Program Manager

About the Role
Lacrosse Hub is seeking an energetic and organized Early Movement Program Manager to lead our youngest athlete programs for children ages 2–5 . These classes introduce children to movement, coordination, and confidence through fun games and structured activities.

This role focuses on creating a positive first sports experience for young children while ensuring classes run smoothly and families feel welcomed and supported.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Early Movement classes for ages 2–5.
• Deliver fun, structured classes focused on coordination, balance, and movement.
• Prepare class equipment and set up activity stations before sessions.
• Support and guide assistant coaches when needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for children and parents.
• Communicate with families about schedules and program updates.

Schedule

• Primarily weekday daytime classes
• Occasional Saturday sessions
• Part-time hours depending on enrollment and class schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children (coaching, teaching, daycare, preschool, etc.).
• Positive, energetic personality and patience with early learners.
• Strong communication skills with both kids and parents.
• Ability to lead groups and maintain a structured, safe environment.

Preferred

• Experience in youth sports or physical education.
• Background in lacrosse or other sports.
