Senior Wealth Manager

Our client is a European Wealth Manager providing investment services to both HNW clients as wel as institutions, across Europe. They now wish to hire a Senior Welth Manager to work with their operations in Ireland and help drive AUM.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to affluent individuals and families, family offices, pension funds and institutional clients. The position centres on delivering bespoke wealth management services to sophisticated investors.

• Win new business and expand relationships
  
• Provide comprehensive financial advice across investments, banking, trust & estate planning, and wealth structuring
  
• Understand market and sector trends, regulatory environment, and client-specific opportunities to inform strategy
  
• Communicate value propositions clearly and negotiate mutually advantageous terms
  
• Ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory frameworks
  
• evelop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients

• Demonstrable business development and client acquisition success
  
• Deep knowledge of investment products, portfolio structuring, credit solutions, and trust/estate concepts
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  
• Graduate in business, economics or related discipline

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and adaptability to regulatory and technological shifts
  
• Substantial experience working with HNW, UHNW and family office clients
  
• Understanding wider Irish, EU and UK tax or estate regimes
  
• Experience with family governance and multi-generational wealth planning
