- Leading all tendering activities within the Power & Renewables (High Voltage) division
- Developing a strong understanding of the commercial aspects of each project
- Collaborating with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to prepare comprehensive tender submissions and client value propositions
- Attending and leading post-tender meetings
- Coordinating interfaces between electrical and civil engineering disciplines during the tender process
- Reviewing tender specifications and documentation, identifying requirements, and managing all bid deliverables
- Managing client interactions throughout the tender and post-tender clarification stages
- Compiling and evaluating technical submissions and coordinating final tender returns
- Liaising with the Estimation team regarding associated commercial proposals
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and highlighting any observed non-conformances
- Periodically reviewing work practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and risk management
- Managing tender submission platforms and portals
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant industry experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a related field
- Proven High Voltage (HV) experience xcfaprz
- Strong professional presence, capable of representing the organisation at senior-level meetings, presentations, and technical workshops
- Excellent IT proficiency, including the preparation of reports and presentations
- Experience managing multiple tenders across various disciplines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
