Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities for precast concrete manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels to meet delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams for seamless project execution.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff performance.
- Address operational challenges and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in precast or concrete manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production equipment, quality control standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
