We are recruiting for an experienced EHS Advisor to support and promote a strong safety culture across multiple housing and apartment developments in Dublin.

Responsibilities
- Provide EHS guidance to management, supervisors, workers, and subcontractors on housing and apartment projects.
- Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and EHS training sessions.
- Maintain site-specific EHS plans, RAMS, and documentation.
- Monitor compliance, report on KPIs, and drive safety and environmental improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ EHS experience in construction, preferably residential projects.
- Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety plus Certificate in Environmental Management.
- Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 auditing.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, CDM, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- IOSH membership (or equivalent professional body).
