Location - Dublin/Cork
A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Procurement Director - Indirect Services to support a period of significant business transformation.
This role will lead the strategy and delivery of a broad indirect services portfolio, with particular emphasis on technology and professional services. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive commercial outcomes, supplier performance and market engagement across a complex, regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver category strategies aligned to transformation and modernisation priorities
- Lead complex sourcing activities, commercial negotiations and contract delivery
- Provide clear commercial insight, cost control and value delivery across indirect spend
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and contribute to executive-level governance
- Ensure robust supplier risk, compliance and regulatory alignment
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the supply base
Experience required
- Senior leadership experience across indirect procurement categories
- Strong background in technology and/or professional services procurement
- Proven delivery of large-scale commercial outcomes in complex organisations
- Experience operating within regulated environments, ideally financial services
- Ability to influence at executive and board level
