Site Reliability Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing team! If you have deep expertise in AWS, Azure, and Linux, along with a passion for building secure, reliable, and scalable systems, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll manage applications and infrastructure hosted in AWS and Microsoft Azure, working closely with engineers across multiple departments. You’ll design resilient, security-focused platforms that support critical business operations.

Requirements:

• 
  
• 5+ years in cloud engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), Linux systems engineering, or related roles.
  
• Extensive background in Linux administration: performance tuning, patching, automation, troubleshooting, and securing production environments.
  
• Proven experience with AWS & Azure services and managing multi-cloud environments.
  
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, vulnerability management, and secure networking.
  
• Experience in load balancing solutions for scalability and high availability.
  
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including firewalls, routing, and packet inspection.
  
• Hands-on experience planning and executing cloud migration projects.
  
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Experience with configuration management tools: Salt, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  
• Understanding of compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  
• Experience with MLOps pipelines, ML model deployments, or AI/ML workflow orchestration.
  
• Relevant AWS, Azure, or Security certifications.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
  
• Proactively identify and remediate security risks in infrastructure and application deployments.
  
• Manage and optimize multi-cloud deployments, supporting mission-critical workloads.
  
• Build and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, particularly with Terraform.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps, development, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration of CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Enable AI/ML workloads with automated pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
  
• Implement cloud security controls: IAM policies, encryption, key management, secrets management, firewall and WAF configuration, intrusion detection/prevention, and DDoS protection.
  
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
  
• Lead and execute cloud migration strategies, ensuring resilience and compliance.
  
• Champion a DevSecOps culture, embedding security into every stage of the software and infrastructure lifecycle.
