This role will focus on bridging business needs with technical delivery across a range of transformation programmes.
Job Responsibilities Engage with client stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate these into clear technical and functional requirements Produce high-quality documentation including requirements, process flows and supporting artefacts across the project lifecycle Support the delivery of technology change initiatives by working closely with technical, testing and delivery teams Contribute to solution design activities, ensuring proposed approaches align with business priorities Participate in workshops, interviews and collaborative sessions with client teams Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials, proposals and presentations Build and maintain strong working relationships through consistent, high-quality delivery Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes Experience Required Minimum 3 -4 years experienceworking in a technical analysis, consulting or similar role Experience operating across multiple phases of the project or delivery lifecycle Proven background in analysing business problems and contributing to practical technology solutions Experience gathering, documenting and validating business and system requirements Exposure to both Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at varying levels of seniority Desirable Skills Experience producing functional or solution design documentation Background in process mapping, operating model analysis and current/future state assessments Experience conducting gap analysis and supporting solution proposals Ability to collaborate effectively with development and testing teams Experience supporting large-scale business xcfaprz or technology change programmes Exposure to a variety of industry sectors is beneficial Educational Requirements Third-level degree (Bachelors or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline Equivalent professional experience will also be considered Benefits: Pension Healthcare Gym Training and Development Career progression One of Ireland's leading Employers HOW TO APPLY: If you are interested in this role, please apply for this role with your updated CV and I will be in touch to discuss your application in detail.
