Overview: The role requires someone with strong CRM and broader solutions architecture experience, ideally with an experience of designing and overseeing integrated enterprise solutions. Experience of working within local government is important, as the individual will need to understand the governance, regulatory considerations and service delivery context in which you know we operate. The role will support the Architecture function by providing technical leadership across solution design, ensuring alignment with our enterprise architecture principles, integration standards, and wider digital strategy. They will work closely with delivery teams, Digital, and service areas to ensure that proposed solutions are robust, scalable and aligned with policy and principles. CRM Experience on the following would be beneficial: Grancius/ govService, NetCall, Civica, Northgate, Cisco, Taranto, LiquidLogic.
