What You’ll Do

Define Product Direction

Translate company strategy into clear product priorities. Decide what matters, what doesn’t, and why.

Lead Discovery

Talk to users, analyze behaviour, synthesize insight, and identify meaningful problems worth solving.

Leverage AI to Accelerate Insight

Use modern AI tools to synthesize research, explore solution spaces, pressure-test assumptions, and move from idea to clarity faster.

Turn Ambiguity into Structure

Develop clear requirements, define scope, and align teams around focused execution.

Own Outcomes

Define activation, adoption, and retention metrics. Use evidence to guide iteration and prioritization.

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

Partner closely with design, engineering, and marketing to move from idea to shipped product.

Run Fast, Disciplined Experiments

Develop hypotheses, launch tests, measure impact, and iterate quickly, using AI to accelerate experimentation and workflow speed.

What You’ll Bring

• ~5 years of product management experience
• Experience leading discovery-to-delivery cycles
• Strong problem framing and prioritization skills
• Clear written communication and structured thinking
• Comfort operating in ambiguity
• High ownership and accountability for results
• Bias toward action and experimentation
• Curiosity about how AI can reshape product development
