Graphic Designer

Position Overview

Truman is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to support our marketing and brand initiatives across multiple active communities and large scale projects. This role requires a strong visual designer who is equally comfortable building and managing web content, ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design print and digital marketing materials including brochures, signage, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media assets.

• Build, update, and manage website pages, landing pages, and digital content

• Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign strategy, launches, and promotional initiatives

• Ensure brand consistency across websites, advertising, and sales materials

• Prepare files for print production and coordinate with external vendors

• Assist in brand development, logo design, and visual identity systems

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field

• 3 to 5 years of professional design experience

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience building and managing websites using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS systems

• Working knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is considered an asset

• Strong understanding of responsive design and user experience

• Excellent typography, layout, and branding skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
