Onsite Manager

Job Title: On-Site Manager (Fulltime permanent)

Company: Arrow Workforce Solutions

Location: Brampton/Bolton

Pay Rate: $50,000/Annum

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7AM to 3:30PM)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a workforce of 70–140 employees
• Coordinate daily staffing needs for each shift
• Prepare and maintain daily attendance reports
• Conduct new hire orientations and site walk-ins
• Issue and track PPE for all new hires
• Maintain accurate PPE inventory
• Collect and distribute employee paychecks
• Compile and submit weekly timesheets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure smooth on-site operations in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large teams (70+ staff preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills , including:
• Building timesheets
• Creating and using pivot tables
• Demonstrated experience in client engagement and relationship management
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Reliable transportation; driving is considered a strong asset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in staffing, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
• Experience working in an on-site or workforce management role
