Location: Vaughan, ON

Position Type: Full-time, In person (Afternoon & Night Shift)

Position Summary

The Industrial Electrician is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, robotic, and automated equipment. The ideal candidate is a licensed Industrial Electrician with PLC experience, especially Allen‑Bradley/AB 5000 and a solid understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics. This role supports production by ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, robotic, and automated machinery

• Diagnose PLC issues and support programming adjustments

• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime

• Complete work orders and documentation accurately

• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid 442A or 309A Electrician license

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)

• PLC certification and/or AB 5000 programming experience

• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Working Environment

• Fast‑paced automotive manufacturing setting

• Primarily shop‑floor based with exposure to automated equipment
