About the role
We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team and serve as the backbone of our fast-scaling organization. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions (operations, product, engineering), drive sourcing strategies to keep our pipelines full, and be a trusted partner to hiring managers
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for key roles across the company, from intake to signed offer.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and closing strategies.
- Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, niche communities, campus, and more).
- Maintain, nurture, and regularly engage talent pools for future priority roles.
- Develop and report on recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, source performance) using Ashby and other tools.
- Continuously refine our interview process for speed, fairness, and quality of hire.
- Champion a consistent, high-touch candidate experience that reflects our values and mission.
What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent operations (we’re open to strong adjacent backgrounds with a clear passion for recruiting).
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates through multiple channels (inbound, outbound, referrals, networks).
- Strong foundation in recruiting best practices and HR fundamentals (e.g., structured interviews, basic HRIS/ATS workflows, compliance).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills—you manage multiple searches and stakeholders with ease.
- Clear, empathetic communication style that builds trust with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
