  • Creating and publishing engaging job postings
  • Creating system logins and maintaining internal trackers and reporting tools
  • Supporting day-to-day HR administration while continuously improving how it’s done

Who You Are

  • Highly tech-confident and systems-oriented
  • Comfortable learning new platforms, tools, and software quickly
  • Creative, forward-thinking, and solution-driven
  • Organized but not rigid, you think beyond the checklist
  • Naturally curious and resourceful; you love finding better ways to work
  • Able to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment
  • A strong written and verbal communicator
  • Positive, motivated, and energized by improvement

How You’ll Succeed

  • Anticipate what’s needed next and act before being prompted
  • Manage tasks, projects, and processes with precision and reliability
  • Support the Director in keeping HR running smoothly, without constant oversight
  • Bring ideas for improvement, but always follow through on direction first

This is an assistant position with real responsibility: you succeed by being attentive, decisive, and dependable and by going the extra mile where it matters most.
