About the Role



Office & Relationship Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact and first impression for investors, partners, and stakeholders entering the office. Create a warm, professional, and relationship-focused environment aligned with our Wealth Management brand. Ensure meeting rooms, hospitality areas, and event spaces are prepared to the highest standard. Support investor meetings and executive interactions with discretion and professionalism.



Responsibilities



  • Support the coordination of investor events, team gatherings, and leadership meetings.
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, catering, vendor coordination, and setup.
  • Provide occasional support for hosted events both during and outside typical office hours.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a seamless and organized environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facilities coordination.
  • Support onboarding logistics and workspace preparation for new hires.
  • Assist the President and broader team with administrative coordination as required.
  • Track office-related budgets and invoices.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and identify efficiencies where possible.


Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, hospitality, or a client-facing corporate environment.
  • Experience in a professional services, real estate, wealth management, or relationship-driven business is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
