Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Locate and retrieve items from designated warehouse locations.
- Ensure picked items match order requirements for quantity and product.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Report any discrepancies or stock issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and accuracy goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Proficiency in basic technology like RF scanners.
- Commitment to Safety and following procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a demanding logistics environment.
