We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for our Los Angeles, California facility. In this key role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and **Safety**. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving, supervise warehouse staff, and implement process improvements within our **Logistics** framework. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct warehouse staff in daily tasks.
- Manage inventory levels, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate the efficient flow of goods from receiving to shipping.
- Ensure adherence to all **Safety** regulations and company policies.
- Implement and maintain **Logistics** best practices to optimize operations.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring **Safety** standards are met.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and **Safety** protocols.
- Monitor and manage the use of **PPE** by all staff.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and **Safety** incidents.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or **Logistics** preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
- Proven experience in inventory management and **Logistics** operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse **Safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to handle **Lifting** of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a **Safety**-first work environment.
