Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for our Los Angeles, California facility. In this key role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and **Safety**. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving, supervise warehouse staff, and implement process improvements within our **Logistics** framework. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct warehouse staff in daily tasks.
  • Manage inventory levels, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Coordinate the efficient flow of goods from receiving to shipping.
  • Ensure adherence to all **Safety** regulations and company policies.
  • Implement and maintain **Logistics** best practices to optimize operations.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring **Safety** standards are met.
  • Train new employees on warehouse procedures and **Safety** protocols.
  • Monitor and manage the use of **PPE** by all staff.
  • Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and **Safety** incidents.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or **Logistics** preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and **Logistics** operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse **Safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Ability to handle **Lifting** of up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a **Safety**-first work environment.
