We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our logistics operations in Boise, Idaho. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits, and identifying discrepancies. Your expertise will ensure that our warehouse runs efficiently and that products are accounted for at all times. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding high standards of accuracy within our supply chain. You will work closely with warehouse staff and management to implement and improve inventory control procedures. A solid understanding of inventory management systems and software is highly desirable. This role may involve some Lifting of items to inspect or move them, and adherence to safety guidelines is paramount. Proper PPE must be worn at all times to ensure your safety and the safety of others. You will be instrumental in minimizing stockouts, reducing waste, and optimizing inventory turnover. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report on stock status.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
