We are looking for dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona! This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking and packing. You will contribute directly to our logistics and fulfillment processes, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. A commitment to Safety and teamwork is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- The ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs is expected.
- Contribute to meeting daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with other associates and supervisors to ensure efficient logistics flow.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
