Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support various logistics functions as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of and commitment to warehouse safety practices and the use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to effective logistics operations.
