Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order slips and scanning equipment.
- Pack items carefully into boxes or other shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for transit.
- Assist in receiving and stocking of inventory.
- Conduct inventory checks and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, ensuring it is free of obstructions.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies safely.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and move items up to 40 pounds.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
