Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate at our modern facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role is essential to our supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You will be involved in the critical steps of picking items from our inventory, meticulously packing them, and preparing them for shipment. We seek motivated individuals who can thrive in a busy warehouse setting and contribute to our high standards of logistics and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve products from warehouse shelves and storage locations based on order tickets.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack products securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring correct labels and documentation are applied.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and meet productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment is beneficial.
- Ability to handle repeated lifting tasks, up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.
- Must be able to remain active throughout the shift, including standing and walking.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes is advantageous.
- Punctual, reliable, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with all guidelines, including the use of PPE.
