Join our dynamic warehouse team in Austin, Texas! As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in our daily **logistics** operations, handling a variety of tasks essential to our supply chain. Responsibilities include receiving and processing inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for shipment. We prioritize a **safety**-first culture, and all employees are required to follow established protocols and wear the necessary **PPE**. Responsibilities:
- Unload, receive, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere strictly to all **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Perform **Lifting** and moving of products as required, up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Follow all **logistics** procedures and company policies.
- Participate in **safety** training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior warehouse or **logistics** experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and **Lifting**.
- Strong understanding of warehouse **safety** procedures and the importance of **PPE**.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
