Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders with precision.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Ensure the accuracy of shipments and receipts.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Understanding of logistics principles and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and using required PPE.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
