We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our thriving logistics operation in Omaha, Nebraska. In this versatile role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure that our inventory is managed effectively and that orders are fulfilled correctly. Safety is a core value; you will be expected to adhere to all safety procedures and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform regular lifting of items up to 35 lbs, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. We value individuals who are team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn new skills. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and put away incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch and load trucks.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
