We are actively seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our logistics facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This position offers a wide range of responsibilities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. You will be an integral part of our operational team, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and be committed to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. We value teamwork and dedication. Responsibilities include unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory, stocking shelves, accurately picking items for orders, and preparing them for dispatch. You will also assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness, operating equipment safely, and participating in inventory counts. Strict adherence to all safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE, is required to ensure the well-being of yourself and your colleagues. This role involves regular physical activity, including substantial lifting. Become a key contributor to our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Perform inventory control and management tasks.
- Pick and fill orders accurately.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
