Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and security.
- Stack products in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Perform routine checks on forklift equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to achieve productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage.
- Support the overall logistics flow of goods within the facility.
Qualifications:
- Certified Forklift Operator with demonstrated experience.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE at all times.
