We are seeking a certified Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse in Washington, D.C. This critical role ensures the efficient movement of materials throughout our facility. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory to and from storage areas, and assist with stocking and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe operation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be expected to perform pre-operation checks on equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area. Adherence to all safety regulations and the proper use of PPE is absolutely essential. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role involves significant physical activity, including regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and requires constant awareness of your surroundings to ensure safety for yourself and others. Valid forklift certification is required. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable. Join us and be a key player in our warehouse operations.
