As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our facility, ensuring efficient handling and storage of goods. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will be involved in various tasks including picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Sort and organize incoming inventory.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines.
- Team player with good communication skills.
