Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are secure and correctly labeled.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided/certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and mandatory PPE requirements.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and other inventory management tasks.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Support overall warehouse logistics and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
