We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is critical to our supply chain operations, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and safely. You will be involved in a variety of warehouse activities that support our overall logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently unload incoming inventory from trucks.
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and delivery manifests.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, free from hazards.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic inventory control.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
