Join our dynamic logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Los Angeles, California! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to support our e-commerce fulfillment operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process incoming shipments and stock inventory.
- Conduct quality checks on products and orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a strong advantage. Ability to perform lifting (up to 40 pounds) and stand, walk, and move for extended periods is required. Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with warehouse technology, such as scanners, is beneficial. A commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE is paramount. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are necessary.
