Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order details against picked items.
- Label packages correctly for transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a picking or packing role within a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus. Must be able to handle moderate lifting up to 30 pounds and be on your feet for most of the shift. A keen eye for detail is crucial for ensuring order accuracy. Familiarity with warehouse scanners and inventory systems is beneficial.
