We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of orders, ensuring that our customers receive their products promptly. You'll work within a dynamic logistics environment, handling a variety of tasks to support the entire order fulfillment cycle. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect goods for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety procedures.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
