You will be instrumental in managing inventory, processing orders with precision, and ensuring timely shipments. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and verify items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they meet our quality standards for transit.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for all outgoing orders.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counting and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Operate various warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment to meet and exceed fulfillment goals.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items and packed orders.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or related logistics role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology, including RF scanners and WMS.
- Knowledge of and compliance with required PPE .
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
