We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our busy Tampa, Florida distribution center. This position is fundamental to our entire logistics operation, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently for our valued customers. You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, including picking, packing, sorting, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse stock to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment and stage them for carrier pickup.
- Operate hand-held scanners to track inventory and update order status.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform quality checks on all outgoing orders.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety and security.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or related logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and scanning technology.
- Must wear required PPE , such as safety shoes and gloves.
