We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our fulfillment center in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory and packing them securely for shipment to our customers. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to fulfilling orders efficiently. Your contribution is vital to our logistics process and ensuring customer satisfaction. We maintain a strong focus on workplace Safety and expect all employees to adhere to our safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders carefully and securely, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of Lifting up to 30 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics .
- Must wear designated PPE , including safety vests and gloves when required.
