Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory within the distribution center.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to achieving daily operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A strong focus on Safety and operational excellence.
