Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Monitor stock levels and identify items for reordering.
- Implement inventory control procedures to reduce loss and damage.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including PPE usage.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform data entry and generate reports.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as Lifting occasionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
