Our Richmond, Virginia facility is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to manage and coordinate the outbound shipment of goods. The Shipping Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring that all orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to customers on time. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy. You will be responsible for verifying shipping information, preparing shipping documents, scheduling carrier pickups, and maintaining inventory records related to shipments. A key aspect of this role involves working closely with our warehouse team to ensure smooth operations. We expect all employees to uphold our high standards of Safety , utilizing required PPE such as gloves and safety glasses at all times. The ability to perform moderate Lifting is necessary for this role. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the Logistics industry and become an integral part of our efficient shipping process. We pride ourselves on a well-organized and safe working environment. Training will be provided for specific software and procedures, but prior experience in shipping or warehouse roles is a plus.
