Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a challenging role? Our Charlotte, North Carolina facility is seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to maintain and repair warehouse equipment and assist with general facility upkeep. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our logistics hub. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance on machinery such as forklifts, conveyor belts, and pallet jacks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions, and assisting with the installation of new equipment. You will also be involved in general warehouse duties, including organizing storage areas and potentially assisting with inventory management. A strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems is essential. Safety is paramount in this role; you must be knowledgeable about workplace safety regulations and the proper use of PPE. Expect some physical work, including lifting and maneuvering heavy parts. Prior experience in a maintenance or technical role within a warehouse or industrial setting is required. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can ensure our equipment operates at peak performance, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
