Take on a leadership role in our Boston, Massachusetts warehouse as a Warehouse Supervisor! We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety regulations. As a supervisor, you will lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve any operational issues that arise. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory flow, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and implementing best practices in logistics and material handling. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems, safety protocols, and the importance of PPE is critical. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety, ensuring all team members are trained on proper procedures and accident prevention. This role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Experience in a supervisory capacity within a warehouse environment is required. Expect to engage in some manual tasks as needed, including lifting and moving materials, but your primary focus will be on leadership and operational oversight.
