What You’ll Do

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the helpful, friendly voice guiding merchants through our platform. You’ll play a key role in making sure customers feel supported, informed, and confident.


Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to merchant inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Walking customers through processes step‑by‑step
  • Explaining information clearly and simply (full training provided!)
  • Logging conversations and escalating issues when needed
  • Collaborating with your team to improve support processes

What We’re Looking For
Experience:

2+ years in any customer‑facing role (retail, hospitality, call centre, service desk — all welcome)


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and clear explanation abilities
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine drive to help people
  • Strong attention to detail and process accuracyComfort with learning new systems and topics
  • Fluency in English + one of: French, German, Polish, Czech, or Spanish

Nice to Have:

  • Cybersecurity experience? Not necessary — we provide full training.
