Facilitator - Day service
Bray, Co. Wicklow
25 hours per week
Essential criteria for the position of Facilitator
- A full QQI level 5 major award in Health/Care is essential
- Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs
- Programme Planning: Person Centred Plans
- Availability to work shifts on a rota basis
- Full driver’s licence (manual) essential
- Permission to work in Ireland essential

Qualifications required for a Facilitator
A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential (e.g., health, community, care sector), but a genuine passion for providing person-centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Facilitator. xcfaprz This is a truly rewarding role, with the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and your career.

Responsibilities - Supporting your clients
We are looking for a Facilitator who can:
- Learn about the client: what they need and what is important to them
- Adapt communication style to suit their needs
- Be fun and engaging, yet patient and kind
- Assist with daily living activities and routines including personal care
- Support them to engage in the community
- Help them learn new skills
- Support them to understand their rights and help them make their own decisions
