Strategy Director

We have partnered with a leading Strategy practice in Dublin that seeks a Senior Manager / Director to join it’s rapidly growing team. As part of a truly global practice, they work across corporate and business unit strategy, growth strategy, and commercial due diligence.

They are looking for an experienced management consultant to take a leadership role with a focus on Aviation clients, as follows:

• Working with senior leaders at clients to help them develop their corporate strategy
• Conducting deep data analysis to help clients drive their growth strategy
• Delivering Commercial Due Diligence to support M&A transactions, on both the buy-side and the sell-side
• Conducting business development activities to win new work

Applicants should have the following:

• Aviation sector experience
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in a professional services strategy environment
• A proven track record in delivering strategy and / or commercial due diligence engagements
• Proficiency in assessing market dynamics including market sizing, trends xcfaprz analysis, competitor analysis, customer analysis, macroeconomic forecasting
• Demonstrable experience in managing and motivating teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
• Experience in developing and mentoring junior team members
• Excellent client-facing and client relationship building skills at the senior client level
