YOUR ROLE We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead
- API Integration to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of modern integration solutions.
You will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, ensure high standards of technical delivery, foster team collaboration, and drive continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities of the role: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, feedback and support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions.
(HLD/LLD) Design and architect scalable, maintainable and efficient software systems.
Implement best practices, coding standards and quality assurance processes within the team.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation.
Design software systems, considering scalability, performance and security needs.
Identify technical debt and areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance code quality and maintainability.
YOUR PROFILE 7+ years of experience with Java/J2EE microservices architecture.
5+ years of experience with cloud technologies and architectures (e.g.
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferably AWS 3+ years experience with MuleSoft integration, including designing, developing, and managing API integrations using the MuleSoft platform, Java/J2EE/SpringBoot.
Hands-on expertise in implementing MuleSoft solutions to connect various systems efficiently.
