Senior Project Manager - Construction

• 
  
• Management of all contractors, consultants, and suppliers involved in the store construction process.
  
• Coordination of the design team in the production of store designs whilst driving strategic goals, value engineering efforts and seeking continuous improvement.
  
• Centralised coordination and reporting on all store construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  
• Analysing, optimising and implementing procedures and processes that ensure projects are completed in a compliant and efficient manner.
  
• Completion of site visits to monitor progress, quality and adherence to health & safety requirements.
  
• Communicating technical topics in a structured and clear manner to a diverse audience.
  
• Liaising with counterparts in other European countries and supporting regional construction teams.
  
• Completion of additional tasks will also be required from time to time.
  

• 
  
• Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction related degree.
  
• Minimum two years Construction experience.
  
• Strong computer & administration skills.
  
• Full driving licence.
  
• Continuously seeking new challenges and experiences.
  
• Detail-orientated with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Enjoys working as part of a team but thrives on own initiative.
